Had a wonderful stay with friends and family to celebrate my husbands and I 20th anniversary. The beach access was awesome, it was truly so beautiful and there was security from both the front and beach access area which made us feel super safe. The pool was amazing and there was plenty of space for all of us. Our host was attentive and helped us with local recommendations and chef services which we used. Will definitely come back!

Stunning views from this private villa in a gated community. A short drive to town. You have a quiet beautiful beach within walking distance from the villa. We were a group of 12 and this place provided more than enough space. My family and I had a great stay. Alban was a great host.

We had a a great time at Albans place. The beach is within 2 minutes and is calm, private and pristine. Clear turquoise waters and an amazing sunset x the pool was well kept, the staff and massage options were great. I would visit again.

Alban is a a thoughtful communicator and a welcoming host. His home served as our family and friends reunion, with dedicated en suite bathrooms in each room, key to a successful week! The location is ideal— well situated with easy access to both types of the beaches - the tranquil Cap Bonita side and the more aquamarine hotel-lined wave side - both excellent. We loved the proximity to everything that Las Terranas offers.

Great place in Playa Bonita - pool is incredible and we enjoyed our week long stay. Plenty of room for 6 couples -ac in bedrooms and all bedrooms having en-suite bathrooms was a plus.

I loved this villa. It’s a beautiful place, exactly like the pictures. We were a big group staying across four villas in Las Terrenas, and everyone agreed this was the best one. The beach is within walking distance, the area has 24/7 security, it’s gated, and there are great restaurants nearby. Jean Claude, who works at the villa, did an excellent job, and I also hired his wife to help with daily cleaning. Alban was very attentive and helped me with everything I needed for the dinner I hosted for my group.

The pool was beautiful and Alban even had an extra cleaning as it filled with leaves due to a couple of windy days. It was about a 5 minute to the beach area which sits between Playa Coson and Playa Bonita. Alban was very responsive and any issues we had he took care of right away. We will defintely be back!

Our stay at Villa Balboa was amazing. With stunning views and a two minute walk to the beach with private access to the residence this property was perfect for my family and I. It was very safe and secure. Each bedroom was spacious and had its own full bathroom. The property was very clean and well maintained. From the linen and towels to the bathroom sinks and shower areas everything was spotless. There was no need to leave the property, everything we needed was there. Both Alban and Elodie were very flexible, easy to communicate with, and made sure that our stay at the villa was pleasant. They greeted us at check in and gave us a tour of both the property and the beach while answering any questions that we had. I would definitely recommend Villa Balboa to anyone traveling to Las Terrenas. My family and I can't wait to go back and enjoy everything this villa offers.

It was a beautiful villa , me and my family had a great time. The pool was amazing , only thing was that at night the lights in the pool wouldn’t turn on so it was very dark and told them about it , somebody came to fix it and it still didn’t work , communication could’ve been a little better but overall very nice villa

Beautiful house with an amazing outdoor space. Bedrooms were spacious. Excellent wifi. Many restaurants and the beach are within walking distance. Very responsive to any issues The chef service that was suggested was great! Would highly recommend using the chef during your stay. The food was very good! Prior to arriving communication was difficult at times since our group did not speak Spanish, and the automatic translation was not translating properly. Would recommend this house to a friend!

We came with a group of 7 adults and 5 children for 5 nights. The house and pool are amazing and just steps away from an incredible beach. We were there first to rent the house so a few things need to be updated such as having another person to clean (it’s a large space) and ensuring there is a generator (the power went out for 3 hours one night) and ensuring there is plastic wear available since it’s mostly an outdoor space with a pool. Regardless we had an incredible time and would definitely return. I have stayed at many houses on this beach and this is one of the best.
